Ballistic Equipment calibration device

I’m looking to make a device to simulate a pressure, followed by a start and stop signal to calibrate a ballistic chronograph system. I’m planning on using an Arduino Uno R3 and an NCD one channel 0-10v DAC with IC2.
I would need to be able to output a 2volt, 3volt, 4volt, 5volt, and 6volt pulse in sequence from the DAC, controlled by the Arduino. Following each simulated pressure pulse, there would be a start and stop pulse to simulate a projectile passing through a start and stop screen for projectile velocity. This device, I would use to make sure the data acquisition equipment is in calibration. Would the 0-10v DAC be able to do this for me?
