AWS Micro Gateway with Node-Red

Hello,

I have the NCD Wireless Activity Detection accelerometer and the Micro Gateway for Amazon AWS. I overlooked the recommendation to have the direct USB connection to setup Node-Red.

Is it possible to setup the Gateway to send data to AWS and then from AWS to Node-Red?

My goal is to pull the accelerometer data from the cloud and also be able to easily digest the data similar to what Node-Red offers. I’m a novice when it comes to programming so looking for the simplest way to accomplish this.

I will recommend installing the Mega modem firmware in the gateway and use it as a USB modem
