I am trying to use the remote relay (https://store.ncd.io/product/wireless-iot-relay-controller-endnode/) but I have not found documentation on how to activate and deactivate the relays through node-red, if you could help me I would appreciate it.

If I remember right those End Node relay controllers support ProXR series command set. Give this flow a try:
