I have a PR54-3 with an Adafruit Feather M0 on board. Applying correct 12VDC power to the PR54-3 does not energize the Feather. Plugging the Feather USB into the computer USB port does power up the Feather. Also, I am getting no 5VDC on the I2C port. Any insight here?
can you share a picture o f the setup
in past we had user who plugged the module backwards.
whats the voltage across the +,- market screw terminal. Does the i2c port gets 5V when you plug the usb.
12VDC plugged in, there is no 5V I2C voltage. USB plugged in and no 12V plugged in, there is no 5V I2C voltage. With both 12V plugged in and USB connected, there is 5V I2C voltage. I have two Adafruit Feather M0 processors, both do the same thing.
Looks like the power supply is not working.
Will need it back for repair
I have the same exact problem with two PR54-3 boards. Is this a known issue? Should I retrun mine as well?
