4-channel 4-20mA on 3.3VDC?

Can the 4-channel 4-20mA be used with 3.3VDC instead of 5.0VDC? I’m communicating to it with a PIC32 that has a 3.3VDC supply and SCL, SDA at 3.3VDC levels.
