4 Channel 0-10V, Negative and Postive input?

I am looking for an ADC converter that will accept -5V to +5V. Is there a way to hook this up to accept voltages in this range?

Can the -5V line be connected to Vss?

It looks like this isn’t possible but thought I would ask.
