4 CH ADC to arduino

Hello,

I am looking at using the 4ch ADC with arduino to receive 0-10V analog signal from a Keyence distance sensor. I would like to activate a relay board with 10 relays, one on and the rest off in relation to the distance voltage received. So example 1 inch triggers output one and 2 inches shuts off output 1 and turns on output 2. Is this the board to use ? Thanks!
